FAQ

No. That's the whole point of Xeliport's vendor license model. Your brand sells abroad under our infrastructure — our compliance, our warehousing, our payment rails. You stay an Indian company.

If a market doesn't work, you don't have a foreign entity to wind down. If it works, you scale without ever opening a regional HQ.

A 90-day controlled launch designed to surface real purchase intent in your target market — not impressions, not traffic. We measure checkout behaviour, abandoned-cart rate, and category fit signals before committing inventory or infrastructure.

If signals are strong, we move to expansion. If they're not, you've spent a fraction of what a full launch would have cost.

UAE and UK are live for pilot brands. Singapore and US are coming in 2026.

Each corridor includes the full stack: customs, compliance, licences, 3PL, marketplace listings, retail distribution, banking, and forex.

You're not locked into one route. Each corridor opens up marketplaces, your own DTC store, and retail distribution simultaneously. We handle listings on Amazon, Noon, eBay, and equivalents per market — plus AED/GBP/USD checkout on your Shopify store, plus B2B retail conversations where relevant.

Revenue collected in local currency (AED, GBP, etc.) is reconciled and settled to your Indian bank account on a defined cadence. Forex, repatriation, and banking compliance are handled end-to-end.

You see live numbers in your Xeliport dashboard. No surprises, no manual paperwork.

Pricing depends on corridor, volumes, and which layers of the stack you use. We're still finalising commercial terms for the public cohort — pilot brands get bespoke pricing.

Apply for early access and we'll walk you through it.

Indian D2C brands doing meaningful volume in India — usually ₹5Cr+ ARR — across categories like fashion, beauty, lifestyle, home, and wellness. You should have a clear thesis about why a target market would buy your product.

If you're earlier-stage, we can still talk — just be honest about where you are.

Yes. We don't lock you in. If you outgrow our infrastructure, we'll help you transition operations to your own foreign entity. You own the brand and the customer relationships, always.
