These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.xeliport.com(the “Site”) and any associated services, content, or communications operated under the Xeliport name (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

Submitting the apply form or partner enquiry form does not create a binding agreement or commercial relationship. We may, at our discretion:

• Decide not to respond to or progress your application;
• Decline to onboard you for any reason consistent with applicable law;
• Onboard you only under a separate written agreement that sets out the actual commercial terms.

Nothing on the Site (including pricing indications, corridor descriptions, or timelines) constitutes a binding offer.

3. Information about our published content

The blog, guides, and other editorial content on the Site (the “Content”) is provided for general informational purposes. The Content:

• Is not legal, tax, financial, regulatory, or professional advice;
• Is not a substitute for consulting qualified professionals in your jurisdiction;
• May reference laws, rates, fees, or procedures that change over time and may be outdated;

9. Indemnity

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and Xeliport agree that the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Site, except where mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
